The Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure has officially opened applications for 1,250-square-foot land plots in Rasmalé under the “Binveriya” scheme. The application window is open from today until the 30th of this month.
As a flagship housing project of the current administration, Rasmalé involves the reclamation of 1,009 hectares of land, with approximately 500 hectares already completed. To expedite the project, which commenced in late 2023, the government has partnered with MACL, and work is currently proceeding at a rapid pace.
