Voting Commences in Thinadhoo City

Voting for the Local Council Elections and Women’s Development Committee Elections has officially begun in Thinadhoo City. The polling stations opened at 8:00 AM today and will remain open until 4:00 PM.

A total of 21 ballot boxes have been stationed across six designated polling centers in Thinadhoo City. These centers include Thinadhoo School, the Community Center (Aabaadhee Marukazu), G.Dh. Atoll Education Centre, Aboobakuru School, the MNU Thinadhoo Campus, and Uloomiyya School.

For the Local Council Elections, seven members will be elected from Thinadhoo City, including the Mayor. Similarly, the Women’s Development Committee will also consist of seven members, including the President of the committee.

Relevant authorities encourage all eligible citizens to cast their votes and ensure a high turnout for this election.
