The Ministry of Housing, Land, and Urban Development has postponed the application process for the government’s special “Binveriya” scheme to the first of next month. Originally scheduled to commence tomorrow, this initiative is specifically designed to allow individuals who received joint plots under the previous administration’s “Binveriya” scheme to apply for separate land plots. Furthermore, it aims to provide an opportunity for those who were previously ineligible due to having been allocated a flat. In addition, applications are now open for the “Gothi-Gedhoru” program, which is targeted at the spouses of individuals who have already been granted housing in the Male’ region.
