The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, has announced that all arrangements for this year’s Hajj pilgrimage, including visa processing, have been successfully completed. Despite the current situation in the Middle East, the Minister assured that there are no obstacles to the pilgrimage, and that all matters regarding accommodation and flight schedules for the pilgrims are well-organized. The pilgrims are scheduled to depart in four separate flights starting from the 15th of next month. Two of these flights will be operated by Saudia, while the remaining two will be managed by Maldivian. These arrangements are being carried out through the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and the Maldives Hajj Corporation.
