
The Minister of Education, Dr. Ismail Shafeeu, has emphasized that community cooperation is vital for enhancing student discipline, noting the importance of adopting best practices from developed nations. Speaking at the “Top Achievers’ Award” ceremony, the Minister highlighted that the first term of the “Bin’gaa” educational program—designed to instill values such as regular prayer, patriotism, and responsibility—has been successfully completed. He noted that over 3,900 activities were conducted during the first term under this initiative. The Minister further stated that building a morally upright generation should not be the sole responsibility of schools, but rather a collective effort involving the entire community.
