The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the opening of proposals for leasing three commercial units at Reethigas Residence, located in Hulhumalé Phase 1. The available spaces are designated for the establishment and operation of a bookstore, a salon, and a wellness center.
The deadline for proposal submissions is set for the 5th, 6th, and 7th of next month. Reethigas Residence, a housing complex comprising 459 apartments specifically developed for HDC employees, presents a strategic opportunity for businesses to provide essential services to the residents and the surrounding community.
