The “Agu Magu” portal and mobile application, launched by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade to enable real-time monitoring and comparison of essential food prices, has seen 224 stores register so far, with over 3,300 downloads. This platform provides comprehensive pricing data from Male’ and the atolls, allowing users to instantly view the lowest and highest prices, as well as price fluctuations over the past 10 days. The portal focuses on essential food items categorized according to established regulatory standards.
