Mohamed Hussain Shareef, the Chief Spokesperson at the President’s Office, has stated that the current administration has established a robust legal framework to attract foreign investment and has paved the way for conducive opportunities in the Maldives.
He highlighted that, under the leadership of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, ten investment forums have been conducted internationally to date. He further noted that these initiatives transcend mere information sharing, focusing instead on direct engagement with global business leaders to showcase the investment potential of the Maldives. According to the Spokesperson, these forums have fostered strong professional networks with international entrepreneurs, which are anticipated to drive significant financial and economic growth for the nation.
