In his message on the occasion of the Maldives Police Service’s anniversary, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu highlighted that a key objective of the government is to transform the police institution into a hub for developing disciplined and essential professionals for the nation. While extending felicitations to the police officers and their families, the President emphasized his vision for the police to be a responsible and capable force, ensuring safety and building public trust for everyone residing in the Maldives. Since its inception in 1932, the Maldives Police Service has undergone significant transformations and currently operates as a fully independent legal entity.
