The Israeli newspaper ‘Haaretz’ has reported that the martyrdom of children in Gaza has become a normalized and routine occurrence for the occupying forces. Since October 7, more than 21,000 children have been martyred, with an additional 274 children killed even after the temporary ceasefire agreement. As the total collapse of the healthcare system and worsening famine continue to drive up child mortality rates, approximately 90 percent of Gaza’s vital infrastructure has been rendered unusable due to systematic destruction. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, recent strikes have resulted in the martyrdom of at least 1,127 individuals.
