Highlighting the government’s establishment of a specialized corporation dedicated to finding a permanent solution to pharmaceutical issues, Dr. Shah noted that the mandate extends beyond mere importation and trade. He stressed the importance of strengthening the regulatory framework for medicines and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure the provision of the most effective treatments. As the supply of medicine is viewed as an essential public service rather than a conventional business model, the government assures that this new entity will facilitate a sustainable and permanent resolution to existing challenges.
