Minister of Defence, Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon, and Minister of Health, Abdulla Nazim, have resigned from their respective positions. It is understood that both Nazim and Ghassan tendered their resignations earlier today; however, the specific reasons for their departure remain unclear. These resignations coincide with the removal of Minister of Cities, Local Government and Public Works, Adam Shareef Umar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, and Minister of Social and Family Development, Dr. Aishath Shiham, from their posts today.
