Mushrif Ali, the People’s National Congress (PNC) candidate for the Mayor of Addu City, has committed to providing permanent solutions to the long-standing issues faced by the residents of the Hithadhoo flats. Among the key concerns he highlighted were structural issues such as water leakage, lack of access to clean water, and recurrent flooding during heavy rainfall. He also noted the significant damage to property caused by salt spray due to the buildings’ proximity to the sea.
Furthermore, Mushrif pointed out the lack of a pleasant living environment and the dilapidated state of local parks. He assured that, if elected, he would prioritize greening the area and revitalizing the surroundings to ensure a comfortable and satisfactory living environment for all residents.
