The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has officially taken over the maintenance and management of 704 housing units located in Hulhumalé Phase 1, following a formal handover by the Ministry of Housing, Land, and Urban Development. Under an agreement signed last Tuesday, HDC has commenced maintenance operations for these units, a responsibility previously held by the Ministry. This transition aligns with HDC’s ongoing management of other major residential projects in Hulhumalé, including the Hiyaa and Vinares housing developments.
