As part of her official state visit to Sri Lanka, First Lady Sajidha Mohamed visited the “Good Market” office in Colombo and toured an exhibition showcasing the diverse products of women entrepreneurs. During her visit, the First Lady observed various artisanal goods and engaged in insightful discussions with the entrepreneurs regarding their creative processes and business experiences.
Furthermore, her discussions focused on the empowerment of women and the advancement of sustainable business models that deliver long-term social benefits. This visit signifies a step forward in further strengthening the cultural and social bonds between the Maldives and Sri Lanka.
