The CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), Sultan bin Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, has arrived in the Maldives for a three-day official visit. Al-Marshad, who was conferred the Order of Distinguished Rule of Izzudheen (Nishaan Muleege Sharafuge Izzath) by the Maldivian government last year in recognition of his significant contributions to the nation’s development, is scheduled to hold several high-level official meetings during this visit. The Saudi Fund has been a consistent partner in the Maldives’ development, providing continuous support for over 40 infrastructure projects across the archipelago.
