This digital transformation is designed to offer enhanced convenience for both local and international suppliers. By standardizing the vendor registration and evaluation process, the platform ensures that procurement remains transparent, fair, and consistent.
Through this newly introduced platform, vendors can register online, maintain their corporate profiles, and submit necessary documentation seamlessly. Furthermore, the system centralizes the distribution of procurement notices, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), while providing instant updates on new opportunities via automated notifications. This comprehensive digital framework facilitates secure document submission and efficient information management, significantly reducing administrative lead times and paper consumption.
The primary objective of the Vendor Portal is to expedite the registration phase, simplify record-keeping, and ensure equitable access to opportunities for all vendors.
