Following the conclusion of his state visit to Sri Lanka, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has extended his profound appreciation to the government and people of Sri Lanka for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him and his delegation. During the visit, the President held high-level discussions with the Sri Lankan President, Prime Minister, and other senior officials, focusing on strengthening the long-standing bilateral ties and enhancing cooperation across various sectors. The visit also featured the signing of several key Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). President Muizzu noted that this visit has paved the way for significant benefits for the citizens of both nations and will further solidify the enduring friendship between the Maldives and Sri Lanka.
