The Islamic University of Maldives (IUM) has finalized plans to construct a state-of-the-art campus on a 35,000-square-foot plot in Hulhumalé Phase 2. Currently in the design phase, the project is envisioned as a comprehensive academic complex modeled after international standards, featuring specialized faculties, student accommodation, and modern recreational facilities.
In addition to this major development, the university is scheduled to inaugurate its eight-story “Sanabil” building in Hulhumalé Phase 1 this coming September. Furthermore, IUM is actively expanding its national footprint by working towards the establishment of regional campuses across 11 islands in the atolls.
