Ahmadiyya International School delivered a dominant performance in the opening match of the “Diamond Jubilee U-19 Invitational Cup,” defeating CHSE Hulhumale with a resounding 6-0 scoreline. The tournament is being held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of football in the Maldives.
In this match of the tournament, which specifically targets high schools in the Greater Male’ area, Ahmadiyya’s Affan Bin Ahmed was named the player of the match, while his teammate Akumal Rasheed successfully netted two goals. The competition is structured in a round-robin format, with the final match scheduled to take place on the 15th of this month.
