344 Students Graduate After Completing Basic National Service Training

A total of 344 students have successfully graduated after completing the basic training for the second batch of the National Service program. The graduation ceremony, held at Lh. Maafilaafushi, was graced by the Minister of Defence, Honorable Hassan Rasheed. Throughout the intensive three-month training program, the curriculum focused on national identity, Islamic education, leadership development, and fundamental military skills.

During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to the graduates in various disciplines. Following this phase, selected participants will be granted the opportunity to undergo specialized technical training in B. Kihaadhoo, while the remaining graduates will be provided with employment opportunities facilitated through the government. This initiative, launched under the leadership of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, aims to instill a strong sense of patriotism and Islamic values among the youth, fostering the development of responsible and productive citizens.
