In a highly competitive encounter, Lhohi took the lead twice, but Maafaru demonstrated resilience by coming from behind both times to level the score. Afrah Mohamed, who was named Player of the Match, scored the crucial equalizer to secure a point for Maafaru.
Currently, Manadhoo and Magoodhoo occupy the second and third positions respectively with three points each, while Lhohi remains at the bottom of the table with a single point. In this four-team tournament, the two teams with the highest points will advance to the final. The championship match is scheduled to take place on the night of the 21st of this month.
