The Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Maldives and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have held a telephone conversation to discuss further strengthening the bilateral ties between the two nations.
During the discussions, in addition to reinforcing mutual cooperation, the Maldives expressed profound gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s continuous support toward its national development. Special appreciation was also conveyed for initiatives such as the ‘Makkah Route,’ which significantly facilitates the process for Hajj pilgrims. Furthermore, both ministers exchanged views on collaborative efforts to promote and maintain regional stability and security.
