As part of the joint initiative by the Government, STO, and FSM to provide fuel at affordable rates across the Maldives, a new FSM fuel station has been established and has commenced operations in D. Meedhoo. This development is part of a broader project to install fuel skids in 18 islands. This initiative aims to address the challenges posed by the high prices of fuel sold by private parties, ensuring that fishermen and the general public can access fuel at the same competitive prices available in Male’.
