Enforcement Actions Initiated Against Tourism Lessees for Outstanding Rent and Fines

The Government has decided to take legal action against parties that have failed to settle land rent and fines owed to the state for tourism properties, in accordance with the Tourism Act and relevant regulations. These enforcement measures apply to currently operational facilities as well as those that have suspended operations without authorization while having outstanding payments. Accordingly, under the state’s revenue recovery policy, the Government urges all parties to settle their outstanding dues at the earliest opportunity in accordance with their lease agreements.
