
The Managing Director of Aasandha Company Ltd, Aminath Zeeniya, has stated that the digitalization of the company’s services will significantly enhance service delivery and speed. Following the transfer of several key services from the National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) to Aasandha, the company identified manual processing as the primary cause of service delays.
To address these challenges, the ‘My Aasandha Portal’ has been launched, allowing users to conveniently apply for services using ‘eFaas’ authentication. These systemic reforms aim to strengthen the efficiency of Aasandha and establish a more accountable framework that prevents misuse and ensures the integrity of the national health insurance scheme.
