Al Nassr, a club in the Saudi Pro League, has appointed Jorge Jesus, the former coach of their biggest rival Al Hilal, as their new coach. Born in Portugal, the 70-year-old Jorge has previously coached Al Hilal and brought numerous successes to the club. In his second stint as Al Hilal’s coach, he led the club to win three trophies in a single season during the 2023-2024 season. Al Nassr has officially announced that Jorge Jesus, who resigned from his position as Al Hilal’s coach two months ago, has taken over as their new coach.

Jorge Jesus, who won the Copa Libertadores with Brazilian club Fluminense, has been appointed as Al Nassr’s coach to replace the previous coach, Italian Stefano Pioli. Jorge Jesus has signed a one-year contract with Al Nassr, but no comments have been made by any party regarding his salary. Al Nassr, which has won the Saudi League championship nine times, has decided to extend their agreement with Cristiano Ronaldo, keeping him at the club until 2027.
