In the aggressive attacks by Jews to ethnically cleanse the people of Gaza, Palestine, 140 people from Gaza have been martyred in the past 24 hours. The Gaza Health Ministry has said that 40 of those martyred were killed in Jewish gun and air attacks. This includes people who were martyred almost daily over the past three weeks near aid distribution centers, as if slaughtering Gaza’s residents, according to the ministry.
Health workers said 21 people were martyred in air strikes on the Maghazi refugee camp, Zeitoun neighborhood, and Gaza City. Additionally, five more people were martyred in an air strike in Khan Younis, an area in southern Gaza. Furthermore, 14 people were martyred when shots were fired at people gathered on Salah al-Din Street in central Gaza, waiting for UN aid trucks.
The Gaza Health Ministry said on June 17 that since aid distribution began in Gaza in late May, 397 people from Gaza have been martyred so far while trying to obtain food aid, and 3,000 have been injured.
Some Gaza residents believe that due to the attacks being exchanged between Jews and Iran since June 13, the world may forget about Gaza’s situation and hardships. Some residents of the city have noted that the amount of discussion about Gaza is decreasing. People who survive and are not martyred in Jewish attacks are dying from hunger, and those who risk their lives to find food are also being martyred, they continue to say.
The main responsibility for distributing aid supplies entering Gaza has been assigned to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which is associated with America. GHF conducts aid distribution work in collaboration with a private American security company. GHF began operations in Gaza on May 26. However, the UN has opposed the distribution of aid through this organization. The UN does not consider GHF to be an independent and impartial foundation. The UN has accused the GHF’s aid distribution system of turning aid supplies into a weapon of war and forcing Gaza’s residents to leave their residential areas and move to other areas. Philippe Lazzarini, the Commissioner-General of UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, has also strongly criticized the current system of aid distribution in Gaza.
Since October 2023, more than 55,000 people have been martyred in the aggressive attacks by Jews to ethnically cleanse the people of Gaza. The majority of these are innocent women and children. Due to the Jewish aggressive attacks, Gaza’s residents have been forced to leave their homes and move to other areas. After obstructing the entry of aid supplies to Gaza for about three months, only a small amount of aid supplies is now being allowed into the city. Gaza’s residents are enduring extreme hunger.
The World Food Programme (WFP) has called for a significant increase in the distribution of aid supplies in Gaza. Over the past four weeks, only 9,000 metric tons of supplies have been brought into Gaza, which the agency continues to say is a small percentage of the actual amount of aid needed in Gaza. In a statement released by WFP, it said that due to hunger and extreme need for food, Gaza’s residents are gathering on roads where aid supplies are being transported. This is in the hope of getting something from that area, the statement said. The statement said that martyring people who are trying to find food to save their lives is not acceptable.
Gaza’s residents are continuously seeking up-to-date information about the attacks being exchanged between Jews and Iran. Iran is a country that supports Hamas. Shaban Abid, a resident of Gaza, said that Gaza’s residents are happy to see the Jews experiencing some level of hardship due to Iranian rockets. However, he noted that innocent lives are being lost every day as Jews continue to attack Gaza. He has said that the world is forgetting about Gaza’s residents and that a complete solution is needed to stop the aggressive attacks on Gaza.”
