Major confrontations have occurred between police and the public in Los Angeles, the largest city in California, USA. The clashes took place in response to an operation conducted by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest a large number of people deemed to be in the country illegally. Many people took to the streets of Los Angeles to express their dissatisfaction and call for the release of those arrested.

In the operation conducted by ICE officers, many people suspected of immigrating to the United States illegally were arrested. The confrontations between police and the public occurred when the police attempted to disperse a large protest against this operation. In the name of dispersing the protest, the police used force. They also used weapons such as tear gas against the protesters. When the police began to use force to disperse the protest, the protesters also confronted the police. They attempted to attack by throwing objects like stones at the police. It is unclear if anyone was taken into police custody during the dispersal of the protest.

Drake Madison, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), said that the protests against the ICE raids were illegal demonstrations. He also stated that the police had decided to take all possible measures to stop these protests. Many ICE officers participated in the operation to arrest people suspected of living illegally in Los Angeles. Some of the places raided include large stores and businesses, including businesses like Home Depot. Reports say that many people were arrested on suspicion of immigrating to and living in the United States illegally during these raids. However, the exact number of people arrested is unclear.

This is part of a special operation initiated under President Donald Trump’s order to arrest such individuals and deport them to their home countries. Trump has promised to arrest all such individuals and deport them to their home countries or other foreign countries. This is not the first time ICE officers have conducted such an operation. In previous operations, many people who were arrested have been deported to other countries on Trump’s orders.
