Under the leadership of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia is undergoing significant economic, social, and governance reforms guided by the “Malaysia MADANI” agenda. Consequently, Malaysia’s GDP is projected to grow by 5.2% in 2025, alongside a reduction in the fiscal deficit and a substantial strengthening of the Ringgit. To alleviate the cost of living for citizens, the government has restructured the subsidy system, redirecting the resulting savings toward social safety nets, while recovered corruption-related funds are being specifically allocated to enhance education and healthcare.

Furthermore, the government is implementing digital innovations, such as providing youth with advanced AI resources and utilizing AI avatars to bolster public engagement. Despite international trade tensions and domestic political pressures, Anwar remains committed to ensuring national stability and institutional integrity, striving to govern in accordance with the long-standing principles of “Reformasi.”
