UNICEF has revealed that during the past eight months of the inhumane genocide carried out by the occupying Zionist forces in Gaza, Palestine, an average of one child has been killed every single day. Even following the announcement of a ceasefire, more than 265 children have been martyred, an act UNICEF has described as a ruthless and perilous atrocity.
While terrorist attacks are being systematically directed at the children of Gaza through the targeting of homes, schools, and displacement camps, the occupying military is deliberately shooting children and utilizing drone strikes to carry out these killings. Furthermore, the total destruction of Gaza’s healthcare system has deprived children of essential medicine and treatment, leading to profound physical and psychological trauma.
Since the onset of this genocide in October 2023, over 73,000 people have been martyred. Meanwhile, the Zionist entity continues to launch intense attacks targeting children in Lebanon as well. Even after the purported agreement to halt hostilities, numerous additional lives have been claimed through attacks on refugee tents.
