In a dedicated effort to ensure that public concerns and grievances are effectively voiced and promptly resolved, a specialized department titled the “Citizens Complaints Bureau” has been established within the President’s Office.
Scheduled to commence operations by mid-year, the Bureau will feature a 24-hour call center and a digital platform designed to streamline the submission and processing of complaints. This center will serve as a vital hub, coordinating with relevant government authorities to ensure accountability and provide timely responses to the public. Currently, the necessary administrative frameworks are being finalized, and the recruitment of staff is underway to facilitate the Bureau’s official launch.
