Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of Shaheed Ali School in Hulhumalé Phase 2, the Minister of Education, Dr. Ismail Shafee, announced that the design phase for an additional school in the area has officially commenced.
The Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to strengthening the education sector, noting that there will be no disparity in the development of schools across the islands and the Malé region. Furthermore, Dr. Shafee highlighted the importance of nurturing a disciplined and responsible generation. He also shared that the newly inaugurated Shaheed Ali School is expected to accommodate over 2,100 students.
