
The contract for the construction of a new three-story building to address space constraints at the Aa. Atoll Education Center has been awarded to MTCC. The agreement for the construction of the new building at Aa. Atoll Education Center was signed during a ceremony held in Aa. Rasdhoo, as part of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s ongoing tour of the northern Ari Atoll islands to meet with local residents. The agreement was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Education by Minister Dr. Ismail Shafeeu, while MTCC was represented by its Managing Director, Ahmed Saudee.
During the ceremony, where he addressed the people of Rasdhoo, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu stated that the project would include the establishment of a computer lab, a prayer room, and a library at the Aa. Atoll Education Center. “In addition to the ongoing projects, this school project is one of the most essential projects for the island. This project will include a skills lab, computer lab, prayer room, and library. Therefore, these facilities will be added to the school,” the President said.
