The Ministry of Housing has announced that the list of applicants for land plots and flats in the Male’ area, under the government’s “Housing for All” policy, will be released in December this year. With 58,505 applications submitted for this project, the verification process is currently underway. If any discrepancies are found in the information provided, applicants will be notified through the portal and granted a 7-day period to make necessary corrections. State Minister Ahmed Nazim has urged applicants to check the portal regularly and rectify any issues promptly rather than waiting until the deadline. Under this project, approximately 7,900 flats will be allocated across various categories, with a target completion date set for mid-2028. Additionally, the government has decided to issue a total of 25,000 land plots from Rasmalé.
