Liverpool have decided to sell their forward Darwin Nunez for at least 50 million Euros. Italy’s Napoli are attempting to sign the Uruguayan forward. However, that club is trying to reduce this price. According to reports, Napoli has offered Liverpool a figure lower than 45 million. But with three years remaining on his contract, Liverpool is not inclined to let him go at a cheap price. Liverpool is open to selling Nunez for a good offer as they are reportedly monitoring Newcastle’s forward Alexander Isak.
Napoli wishes for Nunez’s price to be at least 35 million. However, Liverpool has recently stated that the player will only be sold for 45 million plus a required 3.5 million in bonuses. Nunez wants to leave Liverpool because he is getting less playing time. In this regard, he was used solely as a substitute in the latter half of the past season.
