Amnesty International has stated that the inhumane aggression being carried out by Jews in Gaza is a crime being committed with the intention of “immediately visible” genocide of Gaza’s Muslims. In its annual report, the human rights advocacy group Amnesty International said that the Jewish forces operating in Gaza are violating the UN Genocide Convention by inflicting physical and psychological harm on civilians. The organization has also stated that they are deliberately causing harm to Gaza’s residents with the aim of creating a physical condition that endangers the lives of Gaza’s civilians.

Amnesty International said that Jews repeatedly refuse and obstruct the provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza. In addition, the organization noted that despite warnings from the international community and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) about the severe damage that would be inflicted on civilians if Jews invaded Rafah, a city in southern Gaza, Jews have invaded that city.

Amnesty International also noted that Jewish air strikes have targeted civilians multiple times. The organization also stated that civilians are being arrested without any justification and in some cases civilians are being disappeared. In the introduction to the report, Amnesty International’s Secretary General, Agnes Callamard, said that since October 7, 2023, Jews have been showing their crimes to the whole world in real time. She said that while Jews are shedding the blood of thousands of innocent people, martyring them, destroying families, wiping them out of existence, demolishing homes and buildings, countries and states are watching these scenes as if they are powerless. She also said that Israel and its supporting countries, especially its biggest supporter America, are acting as if no international law can be enforced against Jews.

Palestinian authorities say that 51,300 people in Gaza have been martyred since October 7, 2023. This includes 17,400 children. Callamard said that some powers, including the US government, are unexpectedly endangering human rights in all regions of the world. She also noted that in the first 100 days of US President Donald Trump’s administration, many attacks were made against international law and the UN to prevent accountability for human rights violations. However, she said that the measures being taken against efforts to eliminate poverty and racial and gender discrimination are not new developments this year, but have been ongoing for ages.

In the report, Amnesty International expressed concern that Russia is committing human rights violations in its war against Ukraine. It also noted that efforts to eliminate gender discrimination in Afghanistan and Iran have been obstructed.
