As part of the preparations for the People’s National Congress (PNC) scheduled to be held from November 15 to 18, the Party’s President and the President of the Republic of Maldives, Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, has held meetings with the congress delegates. During these sessions, His Excellency met with steering committees, the women’s and youth wings, as well as the presidents of local councils and Women’s Development Committees (WDC) to discuss congress preparations and party-related matters. This marks the first instance where a party leader, while serving as the Head of State, has engaged with delegates in such a manner ahead of a congress.
