President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has extended his heartfelt condolences following the passing of Farooq Ahmed, a distinguished figure from Fuvahmulah City who dedicated over 41 years of service to the Maldivian state. In his message, the President highlighted Farooq Ahmed’s invaluable contributions not only to the administrative governance of Fuvahmulah but also to the fields of Maldivian literature and history. Expressing deep sympathy to the bereaved family and the people of Fuvahmulah, the President prayed for the deceased to be granted eternal blessings in Jannah.
