State Trading Organization (STO) has officially launched a specialized loyalty program titled “My STO Loyalty” during its Annual General Meeting. Developed in response to proposals from shareholders, the program features a three-tier system consisting of Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels. In the initial phase, shareholders are eligible to join at the highest tier, Platinum, and can now claim their loyalty cards via the Shareholder Portal.
Participants in this program will earn points for purchases made at designated STO outlets. Once a balance of 200 points is reached, these points can be redeemed as a cash equivalent for future transactions. Points earned remain valid for a period of two years. Furthermore, as purchase volumes increase, members can ascend to higher tiers, which in turn enhances the rate at which points are accumulated. While the program is currently exclusive to shareholders, STO intends to extend this opportunity to the general public in the future.
