Bank of Maldives (BML) has scheduled its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Saturday, September 28th, at 9:00 PM at Barceló Nasandhura. Shareholders interested in participating can register via the “Infinity” portal until September 26th. Key agenda items for the meeting include the approval of dividend distributions and the appointment of members to the Board of Directors.
BML achieved a record-breaking financial performance in 2025, posting a net profit after tax of MVR 2.5 billion. This represents a 9.8% increase compared to the previous year. Furthermore, the Bank highlighted that the past year saw the highest volume of loan disbursements in its history, alongside a significant growth in its customer base.
