Mujthaba Jaleel, the Senior Vice Chairman of New Radiant Sports Club, has stated that the upcoming season holds great promise for the club as they aim to compete for championship titles. He highlighted that securing third place in the league during the previous season was a significant achievement, especially considering the limited preparation time. He further noted that with more adequate time, the team could have potentially secured the runner-up position.
To elevate the club’s performance, New Radiant is currently working with an experienced technical director from Spain. Looking ahead to the new season, Mujthaba emphasized that the club will feature a formidable squad, including talented players from the atolls to ensure a strong bench. He assured that the club has addressed previous shortcomings and will be fully prepared to compete in the President’s Cup.
