Green Streets took the lead by scoring the first goal of the match. Obaida scored this goal in the 11th minute with a composed finish from inside the area. During the first half, Eagles pushed forward and threatened Green Streets’ goal, but their forwards failed to capitalize on the opportunities they received. Green Streets’ second goal came when captain Rilwan Waheed, from the center circle in Eagles’ half, sent a long-range shot that went over the goalkeeper’s head and into the net. Rilwan scored this goal in the 31st minute. This has been the most spectacular goal seen in the Premier League so far this season.

Eagles’ first goal was scored by Japanese midfielder Katsuyoshi Kimishima in the 34th minute. He scored from a ball received from the side inside the area. Towards the end of the first half, Green Streets’ Egyptian midfielder El Sayed Abdul Fattah’s attempt went off target. As the second half began, Eagles pushed forward in attack, while Green Streets continued to threaten on counter-attacks. Eagles spent much of the second half in Green Streets’ territory, and in the 63rd minute, Ahmed Rizwan set up a chance for Ibrahim Mahudhee Hussain, who shot from inside the area, but Green Streets’ goalkeeper Ahmed Rameez made the save.

Later, Mahudhee had another attempt saved by the Green Streets keeper, who was named the match’s best player. After this attack, Rizwan sent in a cross that Rilwan cleared off the goal line. Eagles equalized in the 84th minute when team captain Rizwan received the ball outside the area, dribbled into the box, and fired it into the goal. However, Green Streets secured the winning goal in added time when Obaida headed the ball into the net from inside the area.
