The Hamas group, which governs Gaza in Palestine, has launched a rocket attack targeting Israeli settlements.
Hamas launched this rocket attack against Israelis while Israel has killed over 61,000 people in its aggressive attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, in what is seen as a genocide against Gaza’s population.
As Israel restricts the entry of food and aid supplies into Gaza, the people of Gaza are enduring extreme hunger. So far, more than 200 people in Gaza have died due to starvation, including over 100 children.
In the attacks on Gaza over the past 24 hours, Israelis have killed 39 Gaza residents. Israelis continue to attack and kill desperate Gaza residents who approach aid distribution centers. Since the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), associated with Israel and the United States, began distributing aid in Gaza in late May, 1,373 people have been killed near aid distribution centers. Among those killed in the past 24 hours, 21 were trying to obtain supplies from aid distribution centers.
