Vice President JD Vance has revealed that the US government has no intention of recognizing Palestine as a state or ensuring the right of Palestinians to live independently. Vance made this clear while speaking at a meeting with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
He said this at a time when some powerful countries have decided to recognize Palestine as an independent state. This includes America’s close allies and major supporters of Jews, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Canada. These three countries have announced that they will officially recognize Palestine as an independent state at the United Nations General Assembly session to be held in New York in September.
Speaking at the meeting with Lammy, Vance said that America and the UK have different views on how to stop the genocide being carried out by Jews against the people of Gaza. However, he said that America wants to find a solution to the Gaza issue.
“I’m not sure what the real meaning of recognizing an independent Palestinian state is, because there is no properly functioning government in Palestine,” Vance said when journalists asked about the UK’s decision. “Our goal is very clear. Not to give Hamas [the militant group ruling Gaza] the opportunity to kill innocent people [Jews]. We want to solve the humanitarian crisis facing the people of Gaza.”
The 2.2 million people living in Gaza have been plunged into a humanitarian crisis with America’s help and participation. America, and especially President Donald Trump, is the biggest supporter and participant in the inhumane crimes being committed by Jews to martyr the Palestinian people. Many of the weapons being used by Jewish forces in terrorist attacks to martyr innocent Palestinian women and children are being supplied by America on Trump’s orders.
Vance has previously been very critical of the British government and the ruling Labour Party. He is also a full supporter of Trump’s policies to advance America. With Labour winning power in the UK, Vance has expressed his displeasure. He has also said that he views the UK as the first “Islamic” country to have nuclear weapons power.
Lammy has also previously been very critical of Trump, directing words of disapproval at him. He views Trump as an advocate of right-wing extremist ideology. Lammy has previously described Trump as a ‘neo-Nazi’ who promotes Nazi extremist ideology and white supremacy, and works to promote racial discrimination.
