The project included drilling boreholes, installing rainwater collection tanks and storage tanks, setting up an RO plant, installing solar panels including a laboratory, and constructing an administration building. Additionally, water pipes have been laid throughout the island, water meters have been installed in households and other buildings, sewerage pump stations have been set up, sewerage pipes have been laid across the island, and a sea outfall has been installed. Catch pits have also been placed in households and other buildings to connect them to the sewerage system. The government has spent over 49 million rufiyaa on this project.
