Visit Maldives, alongside 22 Maldivian tourism industry companies, has officially participated in the South Asian Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE) — the largest travel and tourism trade fair in South Asia — currently being held in New Delhi, India. Running through the 27th of this month, the fair serves as a strategic platform to enhance the Maldives’ visibility across India and the broader South Asian region, while facilitating high-level engagements with key industry stakeholders and unlocking new business opportunities in the global marketplace.
Given that India remains one of the most significant source markets for Maldivian tourism, participation in this exhibition is expected to strengthen existing relationships with travel agents and airlines, while laying the groundwork for innovative new marketing initiatives.
