The Vice President of the Republic, Honorable Hussain Mohamed Latheef, has participated in the opening ceremony of the Fourth International Financing for Development Conference. Following the opening ceremony, during the general debate, leaders from various countries shared their ongoing efforts for financial development, financial progress, and future goals they aim to achieve.
At this conference, it has been arranged to hold roundtable discussions on the sidelines of the event, focusing on sensitive issues such as reforming the international financial framework and strengthening development relationships. The Vice President is currently in Seville, Spain, to participate in FFD4, which is scheduled to take place from June 30 to July 3.
