A significant quantity of vapes and tobacco products, which were seized by the Galolhu Police, Henveiru Police, and Maafannu Police in connection with various cases, have been destroyed.
The Police reported that the items destroyed today on Dhoonidhoo included 102 vapes, 145 vape flavors, and 1096 Nanostick cartridges. Additionally, 114 coils, one disposable pod, 6 refilling cartridges, and 3 cartons of cigarettes were also destroyed.
The Police further stated that the destruction of these items was carried out under the supervision of a committee specifically established in accordance with the regulations governing the disposal of vapes and vape cartridges seized in connection with cases brought under police custody.
