
President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu today announced that he will establish an office complex for associations. President Dr. Muizzu made this statement during his meeting with the Maldives Senior Citizens Association. Speaking at the meeting held at the President’s Office today, the President shared his vision for government support towards operating non-governmental organizations. He revealed that building an office complex to provide office space for various associations contributing to the country’s development was included in his manifesto, and noted that this project would proceed once budgeted through the regular government procedures.
During this meeting, representatives of the Maldives Senior Citizens Association shared various challenges they face in operating the association and concerns of their members with the President.
